This is a website I did for a personal hero of mine -- Albert Einstein. I wanted a heavy graphic design for it. Something that is impressive and fits his image. I think I pulled it off that aspect pretty well.
Sebastian is a Flash website for a student film named Sebastian produced by my -shameless plug here- wonderful client Whoopie Cannon Produce. The idea and basic design was given to me in December and I had to create something fast. I modified the design for web instead of the print that it was previously in and added enough content to make it a complete site. It includes a synopsis, cast photos, crew and special thanks credits, links to buy the DVD and a link to a stills gallery. The site showcases what I can do with minimal resources and little time.
I will be exploring the web as a gaming environment. I am creating a Firefox extension that manipulates web page interactions in such a way that it lets users play games on or within them. This prototype will be accompanied by a thesis paper.
When viewed as a whole and complex system, the World Wide Web transcends its individual parts giving rise to emergent social interactions best exemplified as a virtual gaming environment.
